4. TERMS OF SERVICE
1. About us
This website (househiho.com) is operated by Oriqin Pty Ltd (ACN 687 637 298, ABN 13 687 637 298) trading as House Hihō, of Level 1/457–459 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia. By purchasing from this store you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell trading card game products including singles, graded cards, and sealed product. All items are described and photographed individually or by product line. Card images for singles and graded cards show the actual item for sale unless the listing states otherwise. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout via the methods shown. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full promptly.
4. Orders and stock
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. Because some inventory is listed across multiple sales channels, on rare occasions an item may sell elsewhere before your order is processed; if so, we will contact you and refund in full immediately.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on payment in full.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Sell to Us (buylist)
Submissions to our buylist are governed by the Sell to Us Terms published on the Sell to Us page.
8. Condition, grading and market value
Trading cards are collectables whose market values fluctuate. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and we make no representation about the future value of any item. Stated conditions of raw cards are professional assessments, not guarantees of third-party grading outcomes.
9. Intellectual property
All trademarks, card names, characters, images and game titles (including Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Disney Lorcana and One Piece Card Game) are the property of their respective owners. House Hihō is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Ravensburger, Disney, Bandai or any game publisher. The House Hihō name, logo and site content are the property of Oriqin Pty Ltd.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or place orders using false details or unauthorised payment methods.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
