1. SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Sydney, NSW. Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Australian delivery
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post with full tracking.

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout on all Australian orders over AUD $300 (order value after any discounts, excluding shipping). Orders over AUD $500 are also sent with Signature on Delivery and transit cover at no extra charge.
Packaging
Every card is protected appropriate to its value: singles in penny sleeve + top loader (or semi-rigid for graded submissions), graded slabs in bubble-lined protection, and sealed product boxed with void fill. We pack so your item arrives exactly as described.
International delivery
We ship internationally via Australia Post International (tracked). Delivery estimates vary by destination (typically 6–18 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us at contact@househiho.com with your order number and (for damage) photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the carrier and make it right — this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
