2. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Item not as described / wrong item / damaged on arrival
If we got it wrong — the item differs materially from its listing description or photos, we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged — contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@househiho.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement where available, and we cover return postage.
Change of mind — sealed product
Unopened, factory-sealed product in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is at your cost, and the item must arrive back to us undamaged with the factory seal intact. We recommend tracked postage; the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Change of mind — singles and graded cards
Trading card singles and graded cards are photographed and described individually; the exact item pictured is the item you receive. For this reason we do not accept change-of-mind returns on singles or graded cards. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if the item is not as described or otherwise faulty, the section above applies in full.
Condition and grading
Raw (ungraded) card conditions are assessed carefully and stated in each listing. Grading is inherently subjective; a stated raw condition is our professional assessment, not a guarantee of any particular grade from a third-party grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC or otherwise). Graded cards are sold on the basis of the grade assigned by the grading company as shown in the listing photos.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of our approval (or of receiving the returned item, where a return is required). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
